Good hotel in the centre of a lively ski resort, bus stop across road for free bus to ski field very handy, breakfast was included in price with a good selection
Although hotel had wireless network and off site car parking both came at a cost.

The room was comfortable with extra space for luggage etc. The room was well kept and the hotel was clean and well maintained! Would recommend everyone who plan to go to Kitzbuhel/Kirchberg. Fantastic Mountain views from room.
Too many flies at the breakfast table - probably a summer issue!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of a charming little Austrian village. The ski bus stop was just across the street, making it incredibly convenient for us to get to the slopes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were beautifully designed in Tyrolean style and kept impeccably clean. We loved the spaciousness and the traditional touches.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. It's perfect for families as well, with plenty of amenities and services to cater to everyone's needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast with made to order items, helpful staff and the convenient location in the centre of this charming Austrian village. Transportation was easy with the ski bus stop opposite the hotel and ample parking available, even though it was a short walk away.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Very friendly personnell.
One day the room was not cleaned until coming back from skiing (beds not made, bathroom not cleaned).

During my holiday, I loved the convenient location of the hotel being close to the ski bus stop and rental shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the proseco breakfast and tasty dishes from the restaurant. Additionally, the ski boots drying facility was a bonus feature that came in handy after a long day on the slopes.
There were a few downsides to the hotel. Firstly, there were only a limited number of parking spaces available which were often full, and the remaining parking was quite a distance from the hotel. Secondly, the ski-storing room was a bit small, which made it difficult to move around with your equipment. Finally, I found it disappointing that the hotel charged for Wi-Fi, which was an additional cost that I didn't expect.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide range of delicious food.
The fitness room was a bit small, which made it slightly inconvenient to use.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. the location was perfect as it was close to shops, bars, and supermarkets. the ski bus stop was just a short walk away which was very convenient. the wellness area with the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath was definitely a highlight of our stay. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and the prosecco was a nice touch.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient as there were only a few spots available in front of the hotel. the ski-storing room was quite small and crowded.
